To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your preference. We apologise - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you return an item(s) and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).
Return is only possible if:
***Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Item(s) is clean, unused, unopened and not damaged and with all their tags attached.
- Must be returned within 14 days after delivered date.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
Please return the item(s) you have.
Once return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
Please fill in the return form, which you can download here and print out.
We only accept returns from our own return form to be added to your package. Other self-created return forms will not be accepted.
Please keep the proof of postage (track & trace) so we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If the return is approved then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
Returns for discounted orders
Refunds for orders with discounts applied will be refunded in the form of Yumi Store credit.
Yumi offers a warranty period of up to 30 days after receiving the product. After the 30-day warranty period, unfortunately, we can no longer assist you.
Please note that the following are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage due to negligence
- Discoloration of jewelry
