Shipment Processing Time
All of our orders are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method either PostNL or DHL depending on your location.
Most domestic (NL) orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
We ship to most countries. If we are unable to process your order to selected country, we will notify you and refund your full order. Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 24/48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Incorrect Orders/ Damaged Items
We apologize if you received an incorrect order. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help take care of any issues.
Orders with Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
Orders are fulfilled with the exact shipping address provided during checkout. Please be sure to review that all necessary parts of the shipping address, such as house/apartment number, are included with the order. Shipments with incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses that are returned to our Return will be issued as a Return.
If an order has been fulfilled to an incorrect but existing address, please make sure to reach out to the corresponding shipping company with your tracking number to request it be retrieved from the address the order was delivered.
Lost or Stolen Package
Yumi Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact email@example.com to initiate a claim. If you have filed a claim already, please let us know at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up with your claim.
***We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left/left at pick up, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to us due to issues with delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Outside Europe
Yumi Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Please note that if you're ordering from outside the EU custom fees could be charged upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country. If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost.
